Profile
Having gained a degree in Sports Studies in 2001 Neil started a career in the fitness industry. He
began in a small gym, gaining practical gym experience, taking a variety of classes and started personal training.
"The best thing about my job is seeing clients change what they believe their bodies can do, and how they increase in confidence. I like to make the sessions fun, keep them interesting with plenty of variety, whilst expanding their knowledge of health and fitness issues".
Further qualifications were gained including Sports Massage. In 2002 he moved to David Lloyd Leisure to gain further experience in a much larger setting. Qualifying with NASM, he focused more on personal training whilst being delegated the responsibility of training new staff.
In 2004 he decided to set up his own business as a personal trainer and left the safety net of a national gym chain. Working for myself means my clients get a greater choice of how to train and where to train.
In 2007 Neil joined Future Fit as a tutor whilst continuing with personal training.
"I have a deep commitment to expanding my own knowledge to ensure I stay at the forefront of the health & fitness industry. My ongoing training helps me deliver the latest & most effective training.
I want people excel beyond their expectations, to be amazed by what you can achieve"
